Position - Deputy Manager

Location - Stowmarket, Suffolk

Salary - £23,000 per annum

Hours - 39 a week- a 7 day rota with occasional weekends, early mornings, late evenings and sleep ins

About the Service - This service is a set of flats that house 9 service users. The service users all have acquired brain injuries and their needs are all different.

Duties- You will be assisting the Service Manager in motivating the team to provide top quality care. Duties will include: attending appointments with the service users, attending care reviews, reviewing and updating care plans, leading shifts, administering medication, carrying out staff one to ones and team meetings, etc.

Type of person required - The ideal candidate will share the same company values such as: the importance of treating people with respect, delivering high quality care and taking pride in their job.

Experience - The ideal candidate will have experience of supporting adults with learning disabilities and or/ acquired brain injuries. You will also have management experience. It is essential that you are a driver with access to your own vehicle.
