  • Responsible for the marketing and people management to develop and implement marketing strategies throughout the Country/Region. Create marketing strategies and managing the team to execute marketing activities with aim to develop Panasonic-AMP business. Forecast & reach the company's connected KPI's
  • Analyse local market for residential and commercial Air-Conditioners as well at Headpumps, to have a complete knowledge of the opportunties and the threats for Panasonic-AMP, including competitors product (specs and features), price, channel of distribution and promotional activities.
  • Prepare Business Plan setup product pricings, maintain pricing quarterly, manage the marketing budget by considering the return (sales) and investments.
  • Develop the business by creating the future product plan and by introducing new products to the markets. Closely work together with the key customers, management and the factory marketing/product planning team. Ensure the good launch of new products by coordinating the launching phase in linke with sales, technical & spec in teams.
  • Propose, realise and control all necessary marketing activites (eg. sell-out/sell-in campaigns promitions, trade fairs, Reps meeting, catalogues, mkt, materials, PR, mockups, advertisement).
  • Follow up of business Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
  • Ensure the personal development of employees
