Appraising all new deals for suitability to meet lending criteria.
Managing the credit process from due diligence (with support from an analyst) on the initial investment paper, presenting to committee through to drawdown.
Once credit application has been approved you will be responsible for instructing Professional Services and managing the process until draw down of the facility.
Liaise internally with Project Monitors, legal and the Asset Management team until the facility has been drawndown and then it is passed to an Asset Management Team to manage.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background of Real Estate Development finance understanding the life cycle of a transaction. You will be working in either a Private Equity house or an Investment Bank, looking to move to a debt fund.
