Associate Account Manager - Energy

Contract length: Full Time, Permanent

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm

Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 annually

An Associate Account Manager based in Northampton. Tasks will include supporting 5 Account Managers as they manage a wide and prestigious client basis. This consists of leading retail banks, blue chip organisations, royal mail, NHS & other government agencies.

Your new role
You will be offered a permanent role with the company. You will be responsible for supporting the account managers in necessary day to day duties including arranging and preparing for customer meetings, supporting with customer communication and customer retention plans, providing support in customer research enabling compelling and focused proposals to be created, keep up to date client account plans and next key actions to support Account Managers retention and growth plans.

What you'll need to succeed
The Associate Account Manager will need background and experience in the sustainability sector essential, and/or a higher education in relevant subjects with follow on experience, excellent organisational and communications skills, dedicated customer focus and the ability to build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders,
