Support Engineer
Up to £26k

Our client is a Managed Services Provider based in Rochester. Due to growth they are now looking for a 2nd / 3rd -Line Engineer to join their team. The 2nd / 3rd -Line Engineer will primarily be responsible for 2nd -Line technical support for their clients and will be expected to visit client premises to provide on-site support when required.

Essential:Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Windows Desktop and Server
Full clean UK driving licence (for manual vehicle)
Candidate must pass enhanced DBS check
Nice to have:Microsoft Professional Certification
Experience of ConnectWise
Experience in management of cloud solutions, particularly Office 365
Experience supporting Apple Macs
