Our client is a global manufacturer of Engineered products supplying into a range of high performing and demanding industries including Aerospace, Industrial and Defence sectors.
Due to internal progression, they are currently seeking a Customer Service Manager who can lead a small team in successfully managing existing and new Sales opportunities in a b2b setting. Their customers are some of the worlds largest Engineering businesses and they are looking to continue delivery a high level of service with the successful candidate.

Job Description
Develop business relationships with customers and delivery a high level of service to maintain current and develop new business
Coordinator account activities, including annual sales plan, monthly demand forecasts, managing quotations, change orders and resolving/advancing customer concerns.

Enforce commercial guidelines such as pricing, timelines and design/manufacturing changes in conjunction with the commercial team.
Facilitate and host customer projects such as cost reduction, quarterly reviews etc.
Liaising with internal operations and production to maintain accurate delivery commitments and utilising internal knowledge/communication to update customers and assist in achieve on time delivery or recovering arrears.
Act as the primary point of contact between manufacturing, sales and the customer. Coordinate with commercial departments to prepare complex quotes/long term agreements, capacity planning and forecasting.
Lead a team of sales representatives who manage day to day communication with customer
Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications required
Experienced in a technical Engineering environment within a customer focused role
Degree qualified OR equivalent experience within a manufacturing organisation.
Desirable Skills/Experience/Qualifications required
Ideally experience in regulated industries or safety critical manufacturing
Able to understand technical engineering concepts
