Working as part of a small team, this part-time Bookkeeper/Accounts person will be handing an array of account-related duties. This is a 6 month FTC for maternity cover.
This is a challenging role where you will be working in a fast paced environment. This opportunity with suit someone who enjoys learning and who consistently strives for excellence whilst working within tight pre-defined processes.
Hourly rate negotiable depending on experience.
Role will be predominantly working from home, however the successful candidate must be flexible to travel to London as and when required. Working approx. 20hours per week, which can be spread across 3-5working days, Monday to Friday. Flexibility of availability is required in order to react to business fluctuations/demands and cover absence.
Day to day responsibilities will include reconciling bank accounts; credit control; updating monthly payroll journals, prepayments & accruals; dealing with staff expenses.Essential Requirements:
- Recently working in a small accounts team (3max)
- Longevity in work placements
- The ability to follow process and make minimal errors
