Our client a leading Northampton-based broker providing a spectrum of insurance and financial products is now seeking a multi-talented individual to help advise their large portfolio of clients on Mortgages covering "Whole of Market" i.e. residential and commercial. They are looking for individuals who are passionate about the mortgage industry and client service, as you will be working with HNW clients offering a "concierge service" at all times
This is a brand new service offering for the company and as such is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to develop the business. You will have access to a database of high net worth customers and full administrative, compliance & legislative support.
Main responsibilities:
• Building strong relationships through calls and meetings with customers to generate mortgage business • Processing mortgage applications in line with FCA and internal guidelines • Identifying opportunities to develop the business • Accurately recording client data on the company's CRM system • Keeping records of when mortgage deals expire and contacting clients accordingly • Keeping abreast of developments in relevant legislation and macro-economic events.
Key attributes and qualifications:
Worked in an advisory capacity previously • CeMAP qualified • Strong communicator • Passion for customer service • Must have a full UK driving licence • Have excellent interpersonal, customer care and communication skills • IT Competent • Desire and enthusiasm a must!
Basic Salary £25k - £30k basic based upon experience (higher salary would require3 years min ) + commission. OTE earnings first year £35k - 40k second year £45k++
37.5 Hour week Mon- Fri • 28 days holiday + 8 statutory • Performance based profit share • Pension, Healthcare and many other attractive benefits
