- Full or part time hours available, allowing you to work on a flexible basis around your current schedule, dependent on days that the school needs additional cover in the form of a Cover Supervisor
- Paid a competitive wage, dependent on your experience as a Cover Supervisor or Unqualified Teacher, as well as your responsibilities in the role (up to £67 for day to day work, with long term rates being negotiable dependent on responsibilities)

Working as a Cover Supervisor or Unqualified Teacher is a very rewarding yet sometimes challenging role where you will be required to cover pre set lesson plans that have been left by the regular class teacher. when they are absent. You must be able to act on your feet and have excellent communication skills so that you can deliver work effectively to the pupils, whilst assisting pupils with any queries or issues they may have, whether these are learning, behaviour, SEN or SEMH related.
Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or Unqualified Teacher would be a bonus, however no previous experience is necessarily required as long as you have a passion for education and working with young people and are confident in your ability to control a classroom and ensure all safeguarding and behaviour policies are followed. Ideally you will have access to your own transport as you may be required to be on standby for local schools on days where work is not already pre booked.
