We're working with a luxury womenswear brand whose tailored designs evolved from the founder's struggle to find stylish outfits to complement their own contemporary lifestyle.
The story so far is pretty impressive - a recent replatform (Magento 2) coupled with increased brand marketing activity has boosted online sales significantly and ecommerce confidence levels are running high. The next chapter involves hiring their first Ecommerce Trading Manager
to curate the online store; optimising content, improving conversion rate and driving growth.
- Own and drive ecommerce sales performance in the UK and overseas.
- Oversee day-to-day trading (seasonal uplift, bestsellers, stock exit, etc)
- Overcome conversion barriers and champion improvements to formats and features, thinking innovatively, analytically and commercially.
- Work alongside internal teams (creative, digital marketing, commercial, operations) to ensure the site is consistent, on brand and in line with the customers' expectations.
Fashion retail experience is ideal for this role as well as a "can do" attitude as you'll quickly become the voice of ecommerce success for the business.Please note this role is based in Berkshire (near Reading). Commuting from London? 40 mins from Paddington
