Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week

£20,000 per annum

As part of our Client Banking team you will be assisting with reconciliations and control of Client Monies. Working across our brands there is focus on debt, but this role is more account management than credit control, so we'd like you to be a customer relationship manager to our clients.

Responsibilities of the Client Banking Analyst
  • Ensure all client money controls are completed within set SLA's.
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Review debt across our brands, taking a global approach not a site by site basis
  • Chase in debt, mainly unpaid service charges
  • Ensure correct allocation of payments
  • Data manipulation and reporting

Skills and Experience of the Client Banking Analyst Role
  • Good at building and maintaining client relationships
  • Accounts/finance experience
  • Excel and data manipulation skills
  • Reporting
  • Decision making
  • Good communicator both verbal and written
