We have a fantastic opportunity for an P2P (Purchase to Pay) Department Manager to join a Global, multibillion pound manufacturer based in the European Head Office in Bracknell. As the P2P Department Manager you will lead, manage and supervise the entire P2P Indirect function for Operational spend in scope and be responsible to ensure the new P2P model delivers an effective, efficient and sustainable function.
Manage and supervise the BPO performance for the Operational Indirect spend including a review of the necessary Contract conditions, SLA´s and KPIs's in order to focus on the critical areas
Develop plans and proposals for P2P work-stream and supports the organization defining overall strategy for the European operations
Support the Strategic team to evaluate industry best practices, reviewing requisition/PO processes
Lead, coach and manage the team, and be responsible for the morale and motivation, and the achievement of business objectives
Lead and manage initiatives and change within the stakeholders groups and governance in place
Identify process requirements and ensuring coaching, mentoring and training needs across business and FPC are understood and met
Review and resolve risks and issues, develop mitigation plans and escalateSkills and Experience:
Strong leadership and management skills coupled with full commitment to results achievement & accountability
Strong experience on Finance/Business Administration (BA) area with proven experience in Procurement processes
Experience of Shared Services Centre or related contact centre operations
Strong customer focus with high consultative approach
Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to speak to technical-level teams
