Position: Development Manager (Trusts & Foundations)
Location: Home Based with travel
Job type: Full Time (flexible), Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hrs per week
Salary: circa £43,000 per annum (including London weighting if applicable)

About the Role:
Pact is looking for an outstanding Development Manager (Trusts and Foundations). If you have a keen interest in the Criminal Justice System and are passionate about supporting people affected by imprisonment, we would love to hear from you.
The Development Manager is a crucial role in a small fundraising team. You will work closely with the Head of Fundraising and Pact's Senior Leadership Team to manage and develop Pact's relationships with Trusts and Foundations. You will manage the Trusts Officer and be responsible for developing and contributing to Pact's fundraising strategy. The majority of Pact's voluntary income comes from Trusts and Foundations, helping to further our work with prisoners, former prisoners and their children and families.
The successful candidate will be a skilled communicator with extensive knowledge, skills and experience of trust fundraising. They will be adept at building enduring relationships both with staff and trustees, trust correspondents, leaders in the Catholic Church and other key contacts.
