Job Title: Interim Marketing Manager
Bright Selection Ltd are delighted to be representing a long standing care provider in their appointment of an interim marketing manager to join their head office team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established not for profit group and provide an engaging and efficient and collaborative marketing service across their services.
As marketing manager you will lead a small team and will be responsible for all digital marketing, creating and delivering company campaigns and having oversight of all company social media.
Lead in the development and delivery of a corporate marketing plan
Lead, develop and implement strategies to support homes to increase occupancy
Support home managers to host home events and activities for staff, residents and other stakeholders
Develop and deliver marketing training and engage with all forms of homes' marketing activity
Lead and monitor the community engagement initiatives across the group
Provide information and reports on marketing and occupancy to the CEO and exec team
Take the lead on the design and production of corporate literature and communication media
Previous marketing experience gained within the health or social care sector
Experience of the creation and delivery of corporate campaigns
Experience of digital marketing, social media and website management
Use of In-design or other desktop publishing programmes
Strong negotiation skills and an excellent communicator
Salary offered at up to £45,000 plus benefits
