TimePlan are looking for a committed and enthusiastic SEN Teacher for a school in Ealing. As the SEN Teacher you will deliver 1-1 and small group sessions to EHCP students across the school. You will work with students across the range of SEN needs and ages, and particularly those learners with Speech and Language Communication needs and Autistic Spectrum Disorders (and other related conditions).
As the SEN Teacher you will need to provide a quality of teaching and learning provision that can be judged to be at least 'good' (according to the Ofsted evaluation framework) and ensures all students make at least good progress. You will be accountable for the attainment and progress of all SEN students with responsibility for the development and implementation of teaching strategies to ensure early intervention of students with additional learning and behavioural needs.
As the SEN Teacher at the school you will have access to well resourced classrooms, with interactive whiteboards and for students there are two libraries, a newly refurbished learning centre and a variety of outdoor spaces for social time. You will also have access to the school's fully functional and well equipped gym and exercise areas. This role is open to NQT's and more experienced teachers. The school is in outer London but is the only school in the area that pays on the inner London pay scale. This is a permanent post. You must have UK QTS to apply.
