Quality and Support Engineer - Hounslow, Middlesex

MAIN DUTIES OF THE POST
  • Quality Management - managing technical documentation, CAPA and writing/maintaining processes and procedures in compliance with ISO13485 QMS system. Verification and validation of ISO process and procedures.
  • Customer Technical support - installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of medical devices and RF products at customer sites in Europe and Middle East.
  • Design / R&D support - active team member in design of new innovative products and research projects
  • Manufacturing support - active team member in manufacturing of medical device and plasma products.

Person Specification

Essential

Qualifications
  • Electronic or Electrical
  • Engineering degree or equivalent

Skills
  • IT skills Must be competent in the use of
  • MS Office, particularly Excel,
  • Word, and Power Point to intermediate level.

Language skills
  • Must be fluent in written and spoken English

Knowledge & Experience
  • 2 years work experience
  • Experience of ISO13485 or ISO9001 Quality role.

Desirable
  • Experience of working in an engineering environment
  • Experience of working in a medical device design role
  • RF knowledge/experience
  • Plasma knowledge/experience
