We are looking for a highly motivated male support worker (inclusion coordinator), who will provide a high quality level of care and support to one of our male service users, in a 1 to 1 support plan, with both day time and night time shifts available. As an inclusion coordinator, you will be attending to the physical and emotional needs of the service user. You will also provide our service user with support and guidance and involve him in decisions and choices that may affect him. You will also be effective in working together with the other service users, whilst also working collectively as part of a team. You will also display positivity, resilience and a 'can do' attitude.

Importantly, we consider that our staff must display a natural ability to care and demonstrate a consistent approach with each person in our care. Our inclusion coordinators will ensure that 'person-centred' care is at the heart of all that we do. You will assist in creating a safe environment in which each service users can live as independently as possible, whilst ensuring dignity, respect and confidentiality is maintained at all times. Demonstrating each of these skills will play a vital role in supporting each person on their journey back to health and eventual reintegration back into the community. You can expect to play a pivotal role in promoting a positive change in our service user's life, all of which will ultimately prove to be a hugely rewarding position.

It is important that the right candidate is able to offer flexibility in their approach to the shifts available and this positions may involve working both day and night shifts, on occasion. This role is for 36 hours per week contract.

For staff aged 25 and over, the hourly rate for day time cover is £9.00 and night time cover is £10.00 per hour. The hourly rate is set in accordance with government guidelines regarding minimum wage and dependent on age of applicant. An attractive hourly rate for staff under this age will be discussed at interview.
