The focus of the role:

We are looking to recruit a DevOps Engineer for the Financial Services Digital Practice. This is a permanent, fulltime position and this represents a unique opportunity for someone to enhance their Digital Consulting career.

What you will bring

  • Extensive Senior Manager experience
  • Strong experience working in an IT Organisation as part of a Payments group, Payments Transformation Program in the role of E2E DevOps Engineer
  • Must have experiences in multi country implementation of leading Payments Product at large banks

What you'll do

The range of activities that our DevOps Engineers to get involved with is extensive and includes:

  • Supporting collaboration between teams from architects to analysis to engineering
  • Extensive experience managing E2E delivery process from development to production Adhering to best in class Dev Ops practices
  • Building automated deployment tooling environments to support Production in a day Producing deployment plans and creating release reports in JIRA
  • Understanding of Data Security Encryption Technical Patterns Auto Recovery Monitoring automation
  • Establishes the release schedule and maintain alignment across Product Management Product Owners and other stakeholders
  • Facilitation of product and release backlogs
  • Coordinate and lead Go Live activities.
  • Measure and monitor progress to ensure application releases are delivered as expected. Work with dev ops engineers and development to understand impacts of branches and code toggling
  • Coordinate release notes and validate release build and toggles
