About the Role

The Product Management team at Jellyfish is leading exciting new changes to the business by standardizing our offerings, value propositions, pricing and resource models, and internal delivery processes. "Productizing" our services will enable us to become more efficient, more scalable, and lay the groundwork for supporting ever larger and more global brands.

The Senior Product Manager - Production Adoption will be responsible for developing the business intelligence needed to monitor the new product adoption across the organization, identifying areas of opportunity, and partnering with the business to drive adoption.


  • Deliver and evolve global Product KPI dashboards, including:
  • Product activation
  • Internal process adoption
  • Actual vs. projected resources
  • Actual vs. list prices
  • Product-level profitability
  • Interpret dashboards and create actionable insights to achieve Product team goals
  • Provide the right level of ongoing support to ensure all areas of the business are trained on our product suite and internal processes, including:
  • Sales
  • Client Management
  • Finance
  • Project Management
  • Operations
  • Capabilities
  • Work proactively with the different functional areas and regions to address questions and concerns
  • Gather feedback on what is working well and areas of opportunity, and feed back to the Product team

What you'll need

  • Strong experience in a business operations role
  • Strong ability to compile and present data in a simple and compelling manner
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Proactive, creative problem solver
  • Compelling communicator, both written and orally
  • Ability to work effectively with a global and diverse set of stakeholders
  • High degree of willingness to embrace and effect change
