Are you a Customer Success Manager that wants to work for a Global business leading large scale implementations for FTSE 500 customers? Enjoys building relationships with customers? Want to have more ownership over the whole sales lifecycle?

A globally scaling SAAS business that is changing the way large global businesses manage their fleets of vehicles. They have created a web application which is automating the way these businesses are optimizing their vehicles and driver to maximize revenue.

Having received £50mn + in investment the business is scaling across Europe and America and is looking for a Customer Success Manager to work on the post-sales implementation of the software within their customer's infrastructure. Whilst also managing and building a relationship with the customer to expand opportunities post-sales.

The Customer Success Manager will also be getting involved with the implementation so will be focused on data mapping, data migration, system optimization, and Software customization.

The Successful Customer Success Manager will have:

  • experience working within a SAAS environment leading implementations
  • Experience being customer-facing - managing relationships
  • Good experience with Excel.
  • Interest in moving into implementation

This is a brilliant position for any Customer Success Manager who wants to work in an autonomous environment, working on large global implementations.
