FOGA is an ambitious brand that's growing at a phenomenal rate and is looking for an Marketing manager who will be a pivotal part in delivering FOGA's vision & enhancing the subscription based business.

The Role

We are looking for a creative marketeer who will take ownership of all marketing activities & collaborate with the ecommerce manager & founders to ensure FOGA is delivering the best online experience. Reporting directly into the founders, your role will include:
  • Content Ownership:
  • Source & produce compelling written, graphic & video content for website & marketing content
  • Own the editorial direction for FOGA that aligns with their strategic vision
  • Oversee organic social channel content
  • Collaborate with eCommerce manager on Email content
  • Marketing Acquisition & Content Distribution (working towards CPA/CAC goal):
  • Collaborate with Ecommerce manager & founders on marketing strategy
  • Manage & co-ordinate performance marketing channels e.g. PPC, Paid Social & Affiliates
  • Analyse performance & strive for continuous improvement
  • Marketing Retention (working towards LTV goal):
  • Work with eCommerce manager on email automations & cross channel winback campaigns to maintain product subscriptions
  • Implement retargeting campaigns to upsell new product ranges to improve LTV & loyalty
  • Community Management: Create & cultivate the FOGA online community
  • Actively source brand partnerships & finding innovative ways to promote FOGA
  • Finding new marketing opportunities & channels for the brand
  • Occasional marketing support for B2B campaigns


The ideal candidate will have:
  • A solid understanding of performance marketing channels & past experience managing them
  • Experience managing 3rd parties/agencies
  • Proactive mindset, ability to prioritise & deliver to deadlines
  • A passion for healthy living & interest in nutrition & wellness
  • Strong written, verbal communication skills & editing capabilities
  • Experience using photo & video editing tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator
  • Past experience with a subscription business is a real plus.
