About the role

Innovative growth marketing agency seeks an accomplished developer to support the team coding websites and building integrations via api. No two projects are the same, so we need an enthusiatic developer who is excited and confident evaluating software and planning and implementing api integrations. On the web side of the role we need a developer to work with the team to not only deliver designs but to be pro-active with suggestions and ideas to improve those designs and deliver outstanding web outcomes.

About You

You will have at least two years experience in a similar role and will be looking to expand your skills and knowledge as you work with new techniques and technologies. You will be a problem solver at heart, very technical and comfortable using your coding skills to solve client problems and deliver exciting outcomes. You will have a considered approach with determination to solve complex client requirements yet have a cool head under pressure.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing clear, quality code to develop the best results. You will test your code, identify errors, and iterate to ensure quality. You will also support our customers and partners by troubleshooting any of their software issues. You will be experienced in .php. mySQL, jQuery, css and html and be comfortable working with APIs You will enjoy collaborating in a team but will be equally comfortable and motivated working on your own.

  • Detect and troubleshoot software issues

Required Skill Set

  • Fluent in MySQL, .php, jQuery, html css

Notice period

Three months


All employees must sit the HubSpot exams as part of the role. Studying can form a part of the working day provided it doesn't impact client work. It is a requirement of this role to take the following certs

- HubSpot inbound Certification

- All Hubspot Developer certs

- Completion of BPA training

- Completion of an NDA

(Training materials will be supplied)

Working Hours: Monday - Friday; 9am - 5:00pm

(Additional time as necessary to meet client deadlines and delivery expectations)

Sick Pay

5 days and then statutory sick pay after that

Probationary Period

Three months. After successful completion of the probationary period the company will issue a formal 12-month contract of employment.


Expenses are payable monthly on receipt of VAT receipts. All expenses must be pre-approved to ensure the correct values are passed on to clients.

Location - Where you'll work

At the moment the position is remote, when things return to normal post Covid-19 the position will continue to be remote 3 days a week with 2 days in the office (this is negotiable) We're very flexible over working hours providing the quality of work is good and deadlines are met. Our office is located on a rural estate in Stratford upon Avon, no traffic just great views with private off-road parking
