Working with a long established multi-million pound turnover company in a small HR team, my client is seeking an experienced HR Rewards & Benefits professional to join them on a permanent basis.
Offering flexible working from home with 1-3 days in the office maximum (only 1 day to begin with), generous package and 25 days holiday + stats, this is a genuinely exciting opportunity!

Role:
*Provide sound analysis and advice to the HR function on key people metrics including reward management and data
*Provide recommendations for improvement & implement processes
*Managing the rewards & recognition framework
*Interpreting stakeholder requirements and providing advice and guidance
*Working collaboratively within the Shared Service department

Candidate:
*Rewards & Benefits experience essential
*Excellent analytical skills
*Experience with pay modelling, job grading & job evaluation
*HR Data analysis collation & reporting experience
*Strong systems knowledge
*Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
*ADVANCED EXCEL SKILLS ESSENTIAL
