The Projects and Delivery Performance Team aims to achieve excellence in delivery management and continual improvement so that students are sufficiently supported and enabled to succeed. Your duties will include ensuring that the performance data cycle aligns with key processes, reporting and analysing data, and identifying trends in student performance data. Another aspect of this role involves monitoring trends which are crucial in being able to identify improvements that are required in key business areas. Finally, more general duties of the role include building upon and sustaining positive relationships with not only team members, but also stakeholders across UCEM. Your contribution and input will be vital to the success of UCEM and ultimately our students!
Key qualities we're looking for include:
·Higher education qualification or equivalent professional qualification
·Technical ability to analyse and report on large quantities of data
·Knowledge on the development of visual data reports
·Ability to plan and meet agreed deadlines
·Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
·Competent in presenting data analysis and identify trends
