Account Manager

Circa £40k + profit share

The Account Manager role at Sagittarius is about building close and mutually profitable relationships and influencing your clients' marketing strategies at the highest level.

It's a great opportunity to build your personal brand and take your career to the next level at an agency known for work that is results driven.

You'll lead a pod (project team) and work with a dedicated technical project manager to develop and sustain a deep holistic understanding of your clients' business. You'll then use this understanding to drive those clients' marketing and digital transformation strategies.

While winning new business is outside the remit of this role, you will be responsible for maximising your pod's revenue stream by cross-selling and up-selling across our full range of services. You'll also look to introduce your clients to emerging channels and new technologies.

You'll have the autonomy you need to really get to know your clients and understand their businesses. This will involve traveling to - and working on site with - clients extensively.

While you may not have held a role quite like this before, we're keen to hear from you if you understand digital marketing or website design and build projects, and are in a high-level customer service role and where you can handle multiple work streams and clients.

  • Attention to detail and knowledge of the strategic importance of digital channels and technology in modern marketing are also essential. A marketing degree or similar qualification would be an advantage.
