Are you an experienced digital learning professional who can confidently develop innovative and forward-thinking online content? Are you an experienced user of a range of authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate and Elucidat? Are you a versatile, personable character that enjoys supporting clients on the design and development of online learning that is aimed at pushing boundaries within the industry?

The Company

Our client is a global law firm based in Central London that is offering an experienced individual the opportunity to join their dynamic, cutting-edge design team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced E-learning Developer to join a vibrant online team, who are passionate about creating effective, engaging learning and practising experiences for employees.

The Role

As a Digital Learning Developer, you will be tasked with the creation of engaging learning activities and course content that are informed with the latest in learning technology. You will take part in scoping meetings with stakeholders to identify learning solutions that match strict learning requirements and successfully enhance learner retention and transfer. Additionally, working closely with the Digital Learning Manager - Lead Designer, you will play an integral role in shaping the group digital learning strategy.

The Person

· Experience in the development of digital learning content using a range of authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate and Elucidat.

· Experience working with and maintaining effective relationships with SME's for a range of different projects

· Experience working with at least one Learning Management System (LMS)

· Knowledge of instructional design models and learning theories

· Excellent written and oral development skills and experience writing effective audio and video scripts



The Rewards

In return for experience with the above, the successful Digital Learning Developer can expect to receive a competitive salary up to £48,000 alongside an enhanced benefits package.
