Graphics Engineer - GLSL / HLSL / Vulkan / Metal / DirectX



This will be a long term project, initially 6 months contract with expected extensions as we have seen before for many years.

Here you have the opportunity to work for world leaving telecommunications company in their exciting R&D Lab.

As a Graphics Algorithm Engineer your responsibilities will include:

  • Propose new ideas and develop new algorithms for real-time rendering applications (particularly 3D games)
  • Analyze GPU applications
  • Optimise rendering code and GPU shaders.
  • Publish research papers


As a Graphics Algorithm Engineer your skills will include:

  • University degree in relevant area.
  • Experience in implementing real-time rendering algorithms
  • Excellent GPU shader programming skills using GLSL or HLSL
  • Experience in one or more of the following: Vulkan, OpenGL, Metal, DirectX11 or 12 or OpenCL
  • C or C++
