Do you have passion for GREAT pizza and big data? We are looking for an analytics star to join Ooni's marketing team to help shape the digital strategy through clever data and fill the newly created role of Digital Analytics Manager. Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, the Digital Analytics Manager will lead the creation and rollout of Ooni's digital analytics roadmap to provide actionable metrics and reporting for the business. You will be asked to uncover business, marketing, website, and consumer insights to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, sales and life-time value to name a few. As a subject matter expert in customer data management and analytics platforms like Google Analytics and Tableau, you will leverage leading tools and your expertise to inform and advise colleagues across the business. Skills & Experience: Build and implement a digital marketing and ecommerce metrics reporting roadmap Leverage large data sets to surface actionable insights that help transform the strategic direction of the business Work with teams to define and measure functional KPIs, including: SEO, paid search, email, social and conversion optimisation Create daily dashboards and in-depth reports to provide insights for the full digital marketing and ecommerce mix Advise on the optimisation of digital marketing efforts across all digital channels Forecast key metrics such as sales, site traffic, conversion rates, and AOV to inform goal setting, budgeting, and reporting Envision, develop, and deploy tools to streamline processes to gain efficiencies and improve key metrics Advise on A/B and multivariate testing for the website and digital marketing mix Qualifications : As our Digital Analytics Manager you will bring at least 3+ of relevant experience and a passion for uncovering actionable insights. You will have enough experience to be confident operating solo. Degree in Marketing, statistics, digital technologies or relevant field Expertise and a deep understanding in Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, and other analytic platforms Expertise in reporting platforms such as Tableau Demonstrated experience working with large volumes of consumer data Expert-level skills in Excel, bonus having at least one programming language (SQL, Python) Strong finance and digital marketing acumen Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly explain and present analysis Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Team player, optimistic, solution-driven orientation Ability to work independently and as part of a team The Company: Go to YouTube and search "We are Ooni".
