The Account Management team at Bluedog work closely with our Design and Digital teams and are responsible for the scoping and delivery of projects for our clients. The team partner with the medical writing and client services teams within the Lucid Group to provide appropriate direction, ensuring projects exceed client expectations and are delivered to budget.t.

A Senior Account Manager at Bluedog is responsible for:
  • Building strong working relationships with our clients and account teams within the Group to become an established point of contact
  • Overseeing key accounts within the Group to better understand client priorities and needs, proactively identifying opportunities for new business and ensuring effective forward planning
  • Attending appropriate client meetings, ensuring they build confidence in the service Bluedog and the wider Lucid group provides and that we exceed all clients' expectations
  • Partnering with the teams within the Group to fully understand project requirements, developing full briefs and drafting cost estimates
  • Financial management across all accounts, including budgeting, financial tracking, and forecasting
  • Resource management, ensuring all projects have project plans and appropriate resource bookings in place
  • Liaising with internal design and digital teams to ensure clear briefs are provided and helping to provide solutions to any roadblocks
  • Delivering and continually improving the account administration and support to internal and external clients
  • Establishing optimal ways of working and supporting uptake across the teams
  • Ensuring all projects deadlines are met, being clear on all details and requirements, developing project plans and running status meetings


They are ambassadors for Bluedog and the Lucid Group, helping build the profile and client base of the Company.

Who are we looking for

We are looking for individuals who have:
  • Experience within the medcomms/healthcare industry is essential
  • Experience within an account management, partnership focused role
  • Experience within a creative and/or digital agency, with strong knowledge of design and digital workflows for project delivery
  • Experience understanding client requirements and interpreting appropriately for creative and/or digital teams
  • Demonstrable experience delivering excellent projects for clients, on time and on budget
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing a large volume of projects
  • Experience in building strong client partnerships
  • Experience problem solving and providing solutions
  • Experience in creating innovative strategic solutions for clients
