You liked DevOps before it was famous.
You're a proper fan.
You remember DevOpsDays when there were just a handful of people there.
You own at least one Kubernetes T-shirt (probably in black, to match your sense of humour).
You'll probably make your family use a Kanban board to organise the household chores.
We're the same as you.
At Contino, our all-in dedication to DevOps combined with some outstanding effort has taken us to being one of LinkedIn's Top 25 Startups and the UK's leading DevOps consultancy, in just three years.
We work with some household names in financial services, telecoms, retail and eCommerce and we're one of a handful of leading Hashicorp, Kubernetes and AWS partners.
Join us and you'll be part of a 300-strong global business: still small enough to move like a startup but large enough to keep pace with the snowballing demand for DevOps expertise.
If you're smart, sociable and looking for work with greater complexity and variety, you'll be in great company here.
You'll provide the method behind the magic, mentoring internal teams, creating technical specs and generally keeping projects on track. You'll be pretty much indispensable in helping customers make big transformations happen. So when we celebrate a successful delivery, you won't be the one asked to get the drinks in.
Wherever you're working now - big consultancy or smaller specialist - you'll need the accomplished people skills to bring out the best in a multi-talented, switched-on team of technical engineers, usually dedicated to a specific client account. We don't have a set tech stack, but the more of the following you know, the better:
• Cloud implementation/engineering (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Configuration management (Ansible, Puppet, Chef)
• Containerisation & Orchestration (Docker, Terraform, Kubernetes, Sysdig, Mesos)
• Scripting or development (Python, Java, Bash, Go)
• Methodologies (TDD, BDD, Agile, Lean, DevOps)
• CI/CD (Jenkins, TeamCity, Travis, Bamboo, GoCD)
If there are skills on that list you'd like to learn, this is an ideal move - we give everyone an annual budget of £5K to invest in personal development. You'll find there's plenty of room here to articulate your opinions and take the initiative and as long as you follow Wheaton's Law, you'll fit in just fine.
This office is by Liverpool Street, surrounded by London's best eateries, pubs and attractions, Ideal for celebrating your big wins. And everyone else's.
