Competitive remunerations package on offer for a Contentious Probate Partner within a leading firm in London.

Reporting to the head of department, this is an excellent opportunity for the successful partner to further develop their expertise and reputation within a rapidly growing team. Acting for a varied client base including HNW individuals, the successful partner will manage a full caseload alongside playing a key role in the further growth and development of this area within the London office. This position is offered on a full or part time basis and homeworking opportunities will also be considered.

Responsibilities
  • Inheritance disputes
  • Validity and rectification of wills
  • Contentious Court of Protection
  • Applications for removal of executors
  • Breach of trusts claims
  • Claims for reasonable financial provision
  • Visiting the practices other offices as required
  • Developing business development strategies


The Candidate
  • Qualified solicitor or partner with a minimum of 10 years' PQE
  • Technically proficient in all aspects of contentious probate
  • A following of clients to bring to a new practice will be a pre-requisite
  • Full membership of the Association of Contentious Trusts and Probate Specialists is highly advantageous
  • Possesses outstanding communication and client care skills
  • Demonstrates an aptitude for business development
