The Organisation

We have partnered with a fantastic FMCG food manufacturer who own a portfolio of globally recognisable brands, as well has a sizeable own label offering. They are looking for a Brand Manager to join their established marketing team - as a business they take pride in their highly creative and ambitious approach, having won multiple awards for their marketing campaigns and offer good scope for career progression.

The Role

The role is a fast-paced Brand Manager role working across a range of different channels. The role is ideal for an ambitious ABM looking for a step-up or a BM looking to develop their existing skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Full ownership of brand marketing spend & responsible for setting brand strategy for the product portfolio
  • Identify NPD opportunities to maximise growth and category share, ensuring customers have access to new and exiting products both in-store and online
  • Working with communication agencies to set marketing communications strategy and ensure smooth delivery
  • Implementing the marketing plan with the wider business

The Candidate

  • A creative and commercially astute ABM or BM currently working for a food, drinks, cosmetic or retail brand or business
  • The business will also consider those from a category, insights or pure NPD background ( must be working for a food/drinks brand) who are looking to move across into marketing
  • Experience of leading or working on a NPD brand projects
  • Basic knowledge of P&L and managing brand budgets
  • Someone with a creative flair who is confident at presenting
