With our aim to deliver the next stage of growth and international expansion, we are looking for an Conversion Rate Optimisation specialist to join our dynamic fast-growing team in London.

Job purpose and responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with UX, Data, Tech, Marketing and Commercial colleagues to increase conversion and solving conversion issues with particular focus on effective ideation and design sessions
  • Shape and deliver CRO roadmaps
  • Project managing the end-to-end CRO workflow
  • Define business objectives, agreeing KPIs and hitting stretch targets
  • Conduct user-centred research to uncover key conversion barriers along the whole marketing funnel
  • Develop well-formed, evidence-driven problem statements and hypotheses
  • Implement bold experiments using robust statistical practices to drive step changes in the user journey
  • Communicate test results and user insights to all stakeholders and team
  • Follow online best practices and leading innovative approaches to CRO
  • Generate a comprehensive pipeline ideas to increase RPV
  • Interest for UX design and research and a business minded approach to improve processes - from planning to strategy to delivery.
  • Apply knowledge of web analytics, user segments and audiences as they relate to the optimization process

Person Specification Requirements

What we are looking for:

  • 3+ years experience of optimizing marketing campaigns
  • Experienced in the ideation, development, set up and running of a/b tests
  • Has knowledge across a range of CRO research and testing tools (GoogleAnalytics, Google Optimise, HotJar, LuckyOrange, Optimizely, Adobe Target, etc.)
  • Has a sound understanding of the digital marketing landscape
  • Is comfortable with technical data analysis
  • Understands the mechanics of user interfaces, best practices, use of colour and branding to maximise engagement & conversion
  • Has technical aptitude, including a good working knowledge of HTML and CSS. JavaScript is a bonus
  • Strong proficiency in digital marketing & effective website design
  • Demonstrates a passion for continuous learning, iterating and improving
  • Experienced creating wireframes and functional/interaction specifications
  • Research, analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Experience of delivering clear regular feedback about experiment performance and pipeline status
  • Experience of building strong relationships and establishing trust with key stakeholders
  • Ability to work well in a team as well as individually
  • Strong attentions to detail and with numbers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills

  • Salary: £45-60k annually (depending on experience)
