About the team

An exciting position for a trading performance & insights manager to join the Sales Enablement team, as part of the UK International Merchant Solutions line of business. This team are responsible for reporting on various key performance reports across our UK International key sales channels.

What you will be doing

Manage timely and accurate insight and analytics reporting on key performance metrics to the UK International Line of Business. Responsible for developing recommendations based on insight and analysis of the sales funnel for the UK International Line of Business.

UK International Line of Business Reporting:

  • Produce and assure the quality of UK International Line of Business performance reporting, analytics, one-off meeting management information and Board trading materials
  • Review in-month performance of the lead to boarded funnel and make recommendations for performance improvements and the reduction of leakages in processes
  • Liaise with different teams across the business and present findings to a range of technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Work with the Technology teams to automate regular reporting and create dashboards
  • Using a range of analytical techniques to highlight opportunities and leakages within the ed-to-end funnel

Central Finance Engagement:

  • Support the collation of key inputs and structure of quarterly budgeting and forecasting process in conjunction with Central Finance
  • Support the monthly process of channel and target setting in conjunction with Central Finance

What you bring:

  • Strong commercial or financial background with at least 2 years experience in a role working in (or closely with) a sales division
  • Experience dealing with large complex data sets and ability in reporting
  • Relevant hands-on experience in reporting processes, forecasting, sales analysis and analysing financial data
  • Experience presenting sales and financial data to senior stakeholders
  • Explain complex concepts to a broad audience
  • Excellent numeracy and analytical capabilities, with a high attention to detail
  • Able to translate sales and financial data into something that makes sense to stakeholder across the business
