Are you in IT Support looking for your next challenge?

Sentinel is working with an expanding service provider seeking talented support engineers to work in their West Sussex office. The position will suit professionals accustomed to busy held desk environments that are focused on excellent customer care.

Role requirement:

Help Desk requires a solid understanding of Windows applications and basic O365, Exchange and AD.

2nd line Support requires more advanced Windows experience with knowledge of Powershell, Firewalls and Hyper V / Virtualisation.

Excellent progression to more senior levels and specialist areas.
