Joining an established commercial team, the successful lawyer will work exclusively on employment matters. Managing a varied caseload whilst working closely with a senior associate, a keen aptitude to participate in business development would be advantageous.

The Candidate
  • Employment solicitor or legal executive with a 2-4 years' PQE
  • Current knowledge of employment law
  • Personable and confident
  • Excellent negotiating skills is essential
  • Commercially conscious
  • Highly organised able to meet tight deadlines
  • A flair for business marketing
