Position overview:

The User Operations Manager is a key part of our User Growth Department. You role is to increase and maintain our user growth rate, with responsibility for content strategy & management and online user management. This role will partner internal with team members of User Growth Department and Content Department in the UK and China.

Responsibilities:

· Close cooperation with Content Department in the UK and China

· Facilitate and support users to post and actively engage in Autohome's online community

· Develop strategies to increase users for Autohome's UK platform

· Manage user generated content to identify and develop more active users

· Develop content related marketing campaigns

· Receive customer feedback and generate ideas to increase customer engagement

· Maintain a good relationship with KOLs and influencers network

· Design user and content marketing strategies and set short-term goals

· Work with team in marketing and operations for YesAuto's yearly online auto show event

· Seek for work collaboration with stakeholders from automotive industry

Skills and Qualifications:

· Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin)

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent

· Min. 5 years experience in marketing operations

· Familiar with marketing campaigns and branding

· Experienced in online user community management

· Familiar with user content generation and management

· Experienced in approaching and managing KOLs / influencers / public figures from end-to-end (selection, contacting, building relationship, etc.)

· Conceptual and strategic thinker

· Excellent communication skill with internal and external stakeholders

· Savvy with current trends

· Able to work in a fast paced environment
