We are looking for a self-starting, detail-oriented, highly motivated Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join our growing team in the EU. Reporting to the Director of Technical Account Management, you will play a pivotal role in managing the technical integrations and relationships with our biggest clients, ensuring the growth and success of these partnerships.

About the role:
  • Act as a technical owner to assigned accounts, meeting regularly with clients and working through planning and execution of client needs
  • Project manage active client integrations, providing technical support to ensure high quality implementations lacking in defects
  • Understand client business objectives and apply personal product knowledge and expertise to ensure customer growth and success
  • Be the advocate and voice for client requirements and challenges when collaborating with internal engineering and product management stakeholders
  • Field incoming incident inquiries and work with the Customer Success team, other support teams and engineering teams to ensure timely resolution, while communicating effectively with customers
  • Maintain strong technical knowledge of Citrus' product offerings and be able to mentor staff on best practices, preferred configurations, and next steps for customer issues
  • Supply sales team with pre-sales support in order to secure the "technical close" in the customer sales cycle
  • Provide post-sales strategic technical guidance and advocacy, using best practices to build solutions for complex problems and collaborating with all stakeholders: clients, internal account management, and engineering teams
  • Maintain internal and external documentation surrounding all client integrations

What you will have :
  • 5+ years of industry experience in a technical account manager, sales engineer, or support engineer role in a business-to-business, large/strategic customer segment
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • A record of achievement and technical solution expertise in a comparable role
  • Demonstration of previous project management and strong account management skills
  • Strong customer service and professional oral and written communication skills
  • Experience in Advertising Technology and API based systems
  • Adaptable and willing to learn new technologies
  • Standout employee who thrives in a team environment and can make decisions independently
  • Strong sense of grit with a drive to look at challenges and help define solutions
  • As this role will be dealing with prospective customers and current retailers across Europe, the candidate must be able to speak fluent English (mandatory) and Spanish (mandatory). Other languages such as Dutch, German and French will be highly regarded.
