Lead Maintenance Electrician - Liverpool Street

A leading client of mine is looking to recruit a Maintenance Electrician to work as part of an engineering team that is currently based at LiverpoolStreet.

Salary paying 42k

Monday to Friday 8-5

The Role;

·Carry out PPM in accordance with set schedules and procedures ensuring engineering standards are maintained in order to maximise effectiveness of the associated electrical systems.

·To respond in a prompt and effective manner to all electrically related reactive maintenance issues and help desk requests.

·To ensure onsite Quality Assurance procedures are adhered to and to maintain accurate records and documentation associated the electrical aspects of the PPM and plant.

·Respond to call outs and cover breakdowns and emergencies associated with the electrical services aspects of the contract as required.

·Help co-ordinate initial actions associated with all requests from the client. To co-ordinate visiting sub contractors associated with the electrical aspects of PPM schedules.

·Repair and maintain lighting and distribution systems as well as electrical systems and controls associated with Heating and Ventilating Building services,

·Provide reports in relation to work and equipment as required. Attend monthly/weekly site meetings when required.

Qualifications;

·17th or 18th edition.

·City & Guilds level 1 & 2 (Electrical Instillation 2360) or recognised equivalent.

·Good Mechanical experience/ knowledge

·Previous experience working in a client faced environment
