This high-profile international charity is recruiting a French Speaking Finance Manager / Finance Business Partner for a newly created permanent role. Remote working can be considered for this role with occasional travel to the Manchester Head office, OR be based out of their superb modern offices in Central Manchester with agile working. This is a great commercial and operational finance role whilst working in the Not for Profit sector for a great cause.THE JOB
The Regional Finance Manager role will support the French Speaking West African operations by providing a high-quality financial business partnering service to a portfolio of the charities projects based in this region, this includes financial modelling, analysis & review, financial reporting and transactional accounting services.
- Budgets and forecasts, including variance analysis and exception-based reporting
- Support the development and review of new business proposals
- Balance sheet review & cashflow forecasting/management
- Project accounting: Cost, spend, and key trend analysis to align with business plans
- Managing a small team of junior finance officers
You will be a fluent French speaker or have an excellent level of work-based conversational French coupled with excellent all-round financial control and management accounting experience. Excellent Excel skills are essential as is attention to detail and strong analysis and communication skills.
