Tate are working with a leading NHS organisation to appoint a Project Manager to their Information Management & Technology Team.

The successful IM&T Project Manager will be responsible to the Programme Manager for the timely, efficient and effective management of specified technology projects on behalf of the Trust including; Cyber Essentials+, Hyper-V Evolution, Telephony and Office 365 solutions.

Be able to effectively communicate, negotiate, build relationships and make decisions that benefit the Trust, translating the outcomes and outputs into internal change via business process review and/or system enhancements.

Manage all aspects of projects through specification, budgets, timescales and maintain a robust change and delivery management framework for assigned projects.

You will have great communication skills communicating with all internal and external stakeholders whilst ensuring the project is on target and all project activities are on schedule. You will be expected to co ordinate and support collaborative working with suppliers and other NHS projects ensuring recommendations to enhance service improvements are made throughout the project.

As a Project Manager you will
  • Manage PRINCE processes for delivery, including initiation stage, stage plans, highlights reports and exception reports
  • Directly project manage all aspects of the allocated project and work closely with all other suppliers and users of facilities associated with the project
  • Manage PRINCE controls including Action, Issue and Risk registers
  • Maintain Qualification as a PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent

This is a great role working Monday to Friday 37.5 hours a week from the offices on Sowton Industrial estate.
