The organisation requires an IT Service Desk Analyst to join it's thriving operation during a period of extended growth.
You will take responsibility for providing 1st Line Helpdesk Support within an ITIL driven environment, resolving technical issues and escalating to the level 2 team where needed.
You will have experience working within a 1st Line, Helpdesk, Service Desk environment, ideally holding an ITIL certification. Previous experience with VMWare, mobile device management or SCCM would be an advantage.
