VACANCY: Website Developer
TYPE: Permanent position
SALARY: £30,000 - 35,000 (Pro Rata for part time hours)
HOURS: Flexible hours Monday - Friday. 18 - 20 hours per week initially - this role has
the long term potential to progress to 37.5 hours per week.

Well established, ambitious Graphic Design, Print and Website Design Organisation with smart new offices in Linwood (providing FREE staff parking), seek an experienced Website Developer to be a part of the organisations further exciting growth plans.

The business can offer a high degree of flexibility with working hours spread across 5 days, 50% of which will be office based and 50% from the comfort of your own home! This is a developing role with great potential for the medium to long term future of leading a design team.
Reporting to and working closely with the Director/Owner of the business, the role of Website Developer aims to aid and support the website segment of the business by helping to establish, support and maintain websites and a digital presence for new and existing clients.

This role does this through the e?ective use of the organisations Website Platform, helping to grow this, using other website tools to help support this and maintaining client's websites on this platform. The organisations own website will be maintained and supported by this role also.
In addition to this, the Website Developer will help plan for future growth of this segment of the business by supporting the Director with their forward thinking marketing and social media strategies.
This role aims to support the Owner/ Director by dealing with client's websites.

Design websites on the organisation's own website platform (or another design programme as needed) for clients using the brief that clients have provided.
Support Clients in using these websites and the upkeep of websites as needed.
Provide exceptional customer service and develop strong working relationships with clients (your ability to interact and communicate with clients will be absolutely key to the success of this role).
Maintain and develop a base of continuing clients with the aim or retention of business after the initial contract period.
Establish and maintain systems and work flows for clients websites brief, continual upkeep and sign o? of each project.
To help clients integrate 3rd party apps to work within their websites.
To assist in establishing the business as a Google accredited partner and maintain this status by completing training and paperwork as needed, as well as other duties to help maintain this.
To sell the Gsuite programme as part of the website platform.
Develop the website segment of the organisation by increasing the number of clients that take out this service.
Maintain the excellent customer service to all clients in order that they renew their subscription within the service.
Develop and maintain a marketing and social media strategy in partnership with the rest of the team.
To work with the Admin Assistant on helping to promote the website platform, such as on Social Media, word of mouth, special o?ers, etc.
Build, support and update the companies own website as required.
To produce regular reports and updates to the Director as required.

This role will only be suitable for an experienced Web Developer with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience under their belt.
