Your role

In the role of a Senior Agile Project Manager, you will anchor the delivery of digital development and support projects using Agile approach. You will be pivotal to problem definition and facilitating discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.


People Management
  • Assigning tasks to team members and tracking them to closure
  • Conduct Performance Reviews and provide feedback to team members
  • Resource Demand planning and accordingly make Hire and Release decisions

Risk Management
  • Identify potential risks and assess the impact and probability of the risk
  • Continuous tracking of risks and risk prioritization during the project
  • Take pre-emptive actions for risk avoidance and plan for risk mitigation.
  • Reporting of the project risks to Client IT and Senior Management

Project Management (Planning, Scheduling and Tracking)
  • Detailed Project planning, breaking down to simple tasks and identify dates and resources for each task
  • Tracking the project progress as per the plan and take corrective actions to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Status Reporting on project progress to Client Senior Management
  • Meetings with stakeholders to understand expectations / set expectations
  • Meetings with teams to track stakeholder deliverables

Resource Planning and Management
  • Requirement Analysis
  • Drawing up the work breakdown for the task
  • Defining the project scope using detailed requirements and business use cases
  • Estimate the resources required and the duration required for the project
  • Conduct Estimation Reviews

Team co-ordination and Stakeholder Management
  • Regular status meetings (daily) with the teams located to client location and offshore delivery centers
  • Show and tell of features before launching them in the market and getting them signed off
  • Status reporting to client IT Manager and Project Steering committee
  • Requirement gathering and Issue Clarifications with Client Business SMEs
  • Conduct Design and Requirements Review sessions and obtain signoffs

Customer Relationship Management
  • Scheduling regular meetings with customer to understand/set expectations on Project Deliverables
  • Reporting on regular frequencies to update the customer on Project/Use case status
  • Agreeing on the time/cost/quality of Project deliverables and adhering to the expectations

  • Deep understanding of Digital Service and Customer Experience
  • Ability to lead Digital Transformation Programs in the capacity of Senior Project Manager / Delivery Lead
  • Have a bold opinion - based on experience, hard-nosed analysis and creativity
  • Lead high-performing, multi-discipline teams across client & Infosys to identify new digital services and deliver / improve existing ones
  • Drive the business to launch new products that are designed with a digital service first model
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Ability to lead teams for requirements elicitation & management (Epics and User Stories/Story Mapping/BDD)
  • Experience of modern enterprise digital technologies across e-Commerce, Marketing, Interactions & Operations
  • Expertise in facilitation, collaboration, situational awareness and influencing across teams and departments
  • Drive awareness of customer experience in digital services to ensure they are promoted with customers
  • Communicating the performance of digital service to stakeholders, including behavioral insights & business metrics

  • Experience in Auto-mobile or manufacturing domain knowledge
