When you're a Marketing Executive / Marketing Coordinator, sometimes your ideas can be overlooked.

You've got great ideas. From marketing campaigns, seasonal launches, ideas for the website, emails. You should be shouting about your ideas they're that good.

Well, here you'll be listened to. Yes, you'll report into a B2B Marketing Manager, but you're going to have lots of responsibility too. You'll be in a super collaborative team, who put a lot of their success down to having such talented staff who all contribute.

There's going to be opportunities to progress too - the current Head of Marketing started as a Marketing Manager less than two years ago.

If you're into handbags, purses, pocuhes, jewellry, and accessories, you're going to love the collection of products that this business sells, And the collections continue to grow


And so does the rest of the business. The young couple who started these sister brands 12 years ago, have ambitions of it becoming one of the biggest retailers in the UK. With head count growth of 50 to 200 people in just 3 years, they're well on their way.

You'll be working in a Marketing Team of around 10 (which includes the digital marketing team) and will need B2B fashion/retail experience.

They're already working with a number of the biggest retailers - including John Lewis, Debenhams, smaller boutique stores, and lots of others across Europe.

You'll be creating seasonal marketing campaigns, campaigns for product launches and driving B2B customers to trade shows and events.

You'll executive the strategy on shopper marketing (they've recently launched a new B2B website) and on all things content across the B2B website, emails, and in-store marketing collateral.

You'll have to be collaborative to do well, you'll be working with a number of different departments - Ecommerce, Design, Marketing, the Managing Director, and the Head of Wholesale.

You'll need to be able to work in the offices based in Banbury. Working from home is all the rage at the moment, but when you're working with people who are super passionate about the brand, you'll enjoy coming into the offices.

You get a salary of up to £26,000 - £28,000 which you may end up spending a chunk on the companies' products thanks to their hefty staff discount.

You'll start with 20 days holiday, but with each year you'll get an extra day up until 25.
