Role Overview

The Project Manager is accountable for the overall success of the client project delivery from requirements discovery to implementation and acts as the primary contact for the Client for the duration of the project.

As part of the Global Services function and within the EMEA Technology Services team, the Project Manager will manage the process of gathering business requirements from clients and ensure delivery of all project documentation. The ideal candidate will drive delivery through every phase of the lifecycle and will be accountable for delivery and acceptance at every phase/stage gate and also for leading all appropriate governance meetings. What You'll Do
  • End-to-end Accountability for project delivery
  • Acts as the primary point of contact for the Client during the project lifecycle
  • Secures and manages the necessary resources for delivery based on the agreed scope
  • Understands the Client's business needs & leads Client sessions including planning, governance, workshops, specifications, and testing
  • Defines end-to-end workflow process and relationship management
  • Manages the scope of the project
  • Identify, mitigate and manage project risks
  • Controls project Budget
  • Understands and controls dependencies, assumptions and the critical path of the project
  • Assesses, owns & documents change requests, including impact assessment (costs, effort, etc.)
  • Drives customer acceptance processes
  • Manages transition of the Client once the project has completed
  • Incident escalation including Major Incident; Service Level Management
  • Willingness to travel to client locations across EMEA

What We're Looking For
  • Recognized Project Management qualifications such as PMP, APM, PRINCE2 is desirable.
  • Strong client facing communication, leadership, organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Prior experience managing multiple parallel projects or programs with competing deadlines
  • The ability to work independently and communicate well in a fast-paced, pressurized and matrixes environment
  • An evaluator who uses data to drive decision-making
  • Fluent in French

  • Experience of Data projects and email marketing Campaign delivery desirable
  • Demonstrable experience of Change Management
  • Demonstrates a consultancy approach to delivery and relationships
