We have a full range of expertise in production and operation, fish health management, disease diagnosis and vaccination.

Phibro Aqua is seeking a global product manager, responsible for managing our global portfolio of current and pipeline products and helping to support our global sales team to meet the fast growing global demand for our products and services.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities include -

Product Planning and Management:
  • Develop and manage the product lifecycle process for select products
  • Create key global and market-specific product marketing and support materials
  • Working with local teams, develop pricing strategies and product policies

Product Marketing:
  • Develop product marketing plans and - working with regional teams - oversee events and campaigns to generate product awareness and demand
  • Manage and refine Phibro Aqua's Global marketing communication efforts and social media presence
  • Support sales and marketing through creating product and technical marketing materials
  • Develop and present both internally and externally - excellent - product presentations
  • Develop sales tools and sales training materials to be used by regional sales teams
  • Actively participate and interact with the global aquaculture industry during aqua events. (trade shows and professional seminars)
  • Coordinate internal marketing and training efforts
  • Constantly work to stay close to industry trends and developments through developing relationships and your own deep curiosity

Customer and End-User Support:
  • Manage product-related support, feedback and inquiries from users
  • Coordinate market research to track customer and end-user feedback
  • Use market feedback to inform product refinements and ongoing development

Key skills:
  • Excellent (Fluent) written and spoken English communication skills (including technical writing)
  • Highly organized
  • Strong Collaborator across time-zones and cultures
  • Strong financial literacy and a deep understanding of building product-related views of ROI
  • Very comfortable with employing technology in order to improve customer experience or streamline internal processes

  • 5 years of product management experience with a company
  • Technical background in life-sciences with specific aquaculture experience a major plus
  • Working remotely from a location that is +/- 2 hours of Central European Time
