Job Introduction

We are looking for a Certified Splunk Architect with an in-depth understanding of Spunk ITOA presales. You will be responsible for the development of Splunk services solutions providing Splunk expertise that meets our Customers business requirements within their overall IT strategy. The role will also involve staying at the forefront of new technologies and new vendors, working within a Practice of 260 consultants.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead Splunk ITOA presales
  • Assist in the development of services solutions
  • Lead delivery of ITOA Core Ops engagements
  • Provide Splunk technical, use case and architecture advice
  • Work with CC internal shared CoE teams in services engagements
  • Work with Splunk and Partners to review and implement complex Splunk Architectures
  • Work with Splunk and Partners to assess and resolve performance and scale issues
  • Deliver Splunk Value Adoption and Maturity consulting to customers

Experience & Attributes
  • Certified Splunk Architect
  • Working knowledge of ITOA Core Ops Roles
  • Min. 2 year Splunk delivery experience with Enterprise deployments including:

- Architecture design

- Install & configuration knowledge

- Troubleshooting

- Splunk index Data migration
  • Senior solutions and technical architect experience
  • Good knowledge of Infrastructure and Cloud Operations
  • Good IAC, build and configure experience with foundational tools

Training & Certifications
  • Splunk Certified Power User
  • Splunk Certified Admin
  • Architecting Splunk Enterprise Deployments
  • Cluster Administration
  • Enterprise Practical Lab (Splunk Enterprise Deployment Practical Lab)
  • Troubleshooting Splunk Enterprise
