The ideal candidate will be responsible for all day to day Property Management aspects of a diverse portfolio comprising of both Commercial & Residential properties. You will act as the single point of contact for both Clients & Tenants.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:-

  • Maintain and build strong relationships with all landlords, tenants, contractors and other third parties
  • Accurate lease abstraction and timely administration to ensure lease data is correct on core system (Tramps)
  • To ensure that all properties are compliant with all Health & Safety and other statutory requirements
  • To ensure that all buildings are adequately insured at all times in terms of Insured Amount and continuous Cover
  • Creation and management of Service Charge budgets in line with industry guidelines ensuring best practise
  • Co-ordination and management of all Lease Events ensuring that Clients position and objectives are protected at all times
  • Liaison with both Client Accounts, Accounts Payable & Credit Control to enusre an efficient end to end process of all internal processes

  • 3 years + of relevant property management experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of Tramps preferrable (but not essential)
