Your new role
As Salesforce Administer you will lead the ongoing development of our global Salesforce Sales Cloud deployment. This is a new service in Hays and we require somebody who is not just comfortable managing 150-200 users (with 70 being brand new users) but who has a record of success in improving processes and adoption using Salesforce systems and who is able to implement these strategies in a hands on way.
You will help design, implement, and maintain process automations to ensure that tedious end-user administration is kept to a minimum. Additionally, you will be collaborating with internal customers to gather requirements and ensure that our internal systems are designed to support a world-class organisation. As Salesforce Administrator you will be responsible for executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, adoption, maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have excellent project management skills and a positive attitude
as well as a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous request, and manage laterally and upwards. For this role you need to be a certified Salesforce.com Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) with Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud certifications preferred. You should have a proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption. A strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity is also essential for this position. It is preferable that you have used the Lightening (UI) rather than the discontinued Classic (UI).
